Scientific Orbital Shaker Data Collection and MonitoringThe Tempurity™ System enhances your ability to protect your cell growth processes by increasing access to the key environmental and operational data that is required to ensure your cell line manufacturing. It lets you know if those processeses are interrupted - putting the growth of your cells at risk. Tempurity collects real-time data directly from high-end instruments from multiple scientific instrument types from multiple vendors via data communication. Because we obtain directly from the instrument the values stored by Tempurity are the same as the values stored on the front panel of the instrument. Our NTMS4 network hardware can collect data from any combination of our supported interfaces on the four data collection ports of each unit. We can collect data directly from digital versions of incubators, shakers and incubated shakers but also many other device types. Networked Robotics supports direct data collection of temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide, and oxygen from Thermo Fisher Scientific incubators, and temperature and RPM from Thermo Fisher MaxQ® shakers and incubated shakers. We also support other brands and models too numerous to list. You can define alarm notifications of text message, e-mail, or voice phone that will be sent if RPM or another value is not as you expect. You can also access data from any Microsoft Windows® computer or tablet. The Tempurity Monitor is simple, easy to use, and gives you the information you need now! Integrate Shaker Data with other Laboratory Operational DataNow you have the flexibility to implement monitored cell growth manufacturing processes in the way that you need them. Now you will always know the speed that you used in that last run and whether shaking was interrupted. Put two shakers in an incubator and get two RPMs from the shaker and temperature, humidity carbon dioxide, and oxygen from the incubator, using a single of our NTMS4 units.
